A news conference has been called for next week regarding the application to operate a Consumption and Treatment Site in Cambridge.
A news release says an announcement will be made Tuesday at 10 a.m. over Zoom by the Cambridge North Dumfries Ontario Health Team about an application to operate the site at 150 Main St. in Cambridge.
The announcement would appear to be about the formal application for the site, which was approved by Cambridge council last October after four years of debate and study.
Tuesday's announcement will be made by the Cambridge North Dumfries Ontario Health Team.
The Cambridge North Dumfries Ontario Health Team is a collaborative of 30-plus health and social service provider agencies from Cambridge, North Dumfries and the Waterloo Region.
