A fog advisory is in place for Waterloo Region on Thursday morning.
Environment Canada said there will be persistent fog during the early morning hours and there could be near zero visibility at times.
The fog is expected to rapidly dissipate throughout the morning.
The weather agency added that travel could be hazardous due to reduced visibility in some locations.
