As part of the province's moment of silence honouring the late Queen Elizabeth II, Grand River Transit will temporarily pause service on trains and buses on Monday.
According to a release from the region's transport service provider, buses and ION train service in the region will be pausing for 96 seconds at 1:00 p.m. on Monday - though only if it's safe to do so.
GRT noted that buses will not be able to pause if they're travelling on a highway.
The organization has also asked customers to allow extra time when travelling or planning a trip on Monday afternoon.
All service will resume following that scheduled pause.
