Kalliopi Burkholder of Cambridge is $50,000 richer after winning with Instant High Roller.
Kalliopi says this was her first time playing Instant High Roller.
"I played my ticket at home, and when I saw I uncovered three horseshoes I knew I won $50,000 right away – it was incredible!" she said while at the OLG Prize Centre in Toronto to pick up her winnings.
The 54-year-old says her husband couldn't believe she won at first. "Everyone is so happy for me. It hasn't sunk in yet," she smiled.
Kalliopi plans to pay some bills and take her children on a family vacation. “It felt good – really good!” she concluded.
The winning ticket was purchased at Cambridge Mini Mart on Hespeler Road.
