Lawrence Douglas Awcock passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, August 25, 2021 at the age of 75.

Lawrence was caring, loyal, and loving. He was a great storyteller and enjoyed travelling, especially taking road trips and visiting Wiarton. Lawrence loved bowling and gardening, and his talents will be missed. Lawrence’s memory will be cherished forever by his beloved wife Judy (nee Hassum), son Doug, daughter Michelle (Ken), and his quiet canine companion Katie. He was predeceased by his parents Fred and Kathleen Awcock, and his step-father Sam Leal.

Cremation has taken place and a private Memorial Service will be held at T. Little Funeral Home on Saturday, September 4th at 10 am. The urn burial will follow at Memory Gardens Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated.
