In his own true style, Kevin Patrick James Bartley left this earth on 4/20 at the age of 64.
Kevin was a loving and accepting person who was always the life of the party, whether he was singing Irish songs or busting a move on the dance floor. Kevin had a zest for life and enjoyed woodworking, camping, and the theatre.
He loved baseball (and was the coach of Carli’s ball team), and hockey, although he was still waiting for the Leafs to win the Stanley Cup. Kevin will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered by his wife Jan Bartley, children Kaitlyn Bartley, Michael Bartley, and Connor Lambke, grandchildren Lennon Bartley-Burton and Sawyer James Bartley, sister Joan Glynn, favourite brother-in-law Scott Glynn, nephews Aiden Glynn (Alicia) and Nick Glynn, niece Farran Croft (Brett), and many more loving cousins and friends. Kevin was predeceased by his parents James and Maureen Bartley, and his daughter Carli Suzanne Ingham.
Cremation has taken place. Due to current restrictions, a private Visitation will be held on Tuesday, May 3rd from 10am – 11am at Barthel Funeral Home with a Memorial Service to follow at 11:00 am. Those in attendance will be personally invited by the family, and all others are welcome to join the service by viewing the live-stream on the funeral home’s website. The urn burial will follow at Parklawn Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society of Canada would be appreciated.
