NOVEMBER 16, 1971 – JUNE 24, 2022
After courageously battling many illnesses over the course of her life, Margarida Maria Cimbron passed away peacefully on Friday, June 24, 2022 at the age of 50.
Margarida was beautiful and strong, and her smile could light up the room. She was always willing to help others, which she certainly did a lot, working as an RPN at Cambridge Memorial Hospital for over 30 years.
Margarida loved to shop, listen to 80’s music, and spend time with her family and friends. She loved her nephews as if they were her own children, and truly enjoyed doing things with them. Margarida will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered by her common-law partner Walter Silvestri, mother Maria Dos Anjos Cimbron, father Manuel Ponte Cimbron, sister Sandra Cimbron, brother-in-law Jeff Viveiros, and her nephews Tyler Cimbron and Lucas Viveiros.
A Visitation will be held at T. Little Funeral Home on Tuesday, June 28th from 2:00pm – 4:00pm and 7:00pm – 9:00pm with the Rosary to be said at 8:00pm. Funeral Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Ambrose RC Church (210 South Street, Cambridge) on Wednesday, June 29th at 10am. Burial at Parklawn Cemetery. A Reception will follow at T. Little Funeral Home. The family would like to thank all the doctors and nurses at CMH for their compassionate care. As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Kidney Foundation or the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated.
