DECEMBER 15, 1947 – SEPTEMBER 20, 2022
Marilyn Cox passed away peacefully on Tuesday, September 20, 2022 at the age of 74.
Marilyn loved bingo and had a wicked sense of humour. She was very frugal, had a taste for a good karaoke party and a dirty joke now and then. Her grandchildren were her world along with her sons and she would do anything to ensure their happiness.
Marilyn is predeceased by her dear husband Joseph Levi Cox and will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered by her sons Jason, John (Jami), and Matthew (Tamara), grandchildren Mackenzie, Madison, Avery, Malakye, her siblings Shirley (Mike) Sampson, Alice Partridge, Elaine Burke and Elywin (Bev) Burke. Predeceased by her parents Hedley and Elizabeth Burke and by her brother Wilson Burke (Linda). Cremation has taken place and a memorial service will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the charity of one's choice are greatly appreciated.
