Tony Wiazek passed away peacefully, at Cambridge Memorial Hospital on Saturday, July 24, 2021 at the age of 74 years.
Beloved husband of Cristina (nee Sevilla) Wiazek of 17 wonderful years. Loving step-father of Christian Mortel (Priscilla). Also survived by sisters Nettie Wionzek and Rose Wilson as well as many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews. Predeceased by his parents Joseph and Helen Wiazek, brothers Ed, Murray, Don, Ben and sister Liz.
Tony retired from Korzite in 2007. He loved cheering on the Toronto Maple Leafs, listening to Elvis, watching birds and loved all animals.
Visitation will be held at Coutts Funeral Home, 96 St. Andrews Street, Cambridge on Friday, July 30, 2021 from 2:00-4:00 pm and 7:00-9:00 pm. All guests are invited to wear a Tony's favorite color Blue or Toronto Maple Leafs jersey. A private funeral mass will be held. Cremation to follow. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Cambridge Memorial Hospital Foundation.
