Cambridge man faces charges related to recent break and enters

On July 9, 2022, Waterloo Regional Police arrested a 36-year-old Cambridge male for two outstanding warrants. 

Through investigation, the male was charged in relation to two residential break and enters in Cambridge and Waterloo. 

The accused has been charged with two counts of break and enter, theft of a motor vehicle and two counts of failing to comply with judicial release orders.

Members of the Waterloo Regional Police Service's Break, Enter, and Vehicle Theft Team are investigating a break and enter at a Cambridge residence.

On July 4, 2022, at approximately 1:10 a.m., an unknown suspect gained entry to a house in the area of Shettleston Drive and Eagle Street North. The suspect then entered the residence's carport and stole a motor vehicle.

The stolen vehicle is a black Dodge Caravan with Ontario licence plate BZEJ 236.

The suspect is described as a white male in his mid-20s wearing a loose-fitting grey t-shirt and shorts.
