Cambridge man in hospital as serious crash closes Dundas Street South

A 32-year-old man has been taken to hospital in life-threatening condition after colliding with a tractor trailer in North Dumfries

A 32-year-old man from Cambridge is now in hospital with life-threatening injuries following a Monday afternoon collision in North Dumfries. 

That collision was reported by the Ministry of Transportation shortly before 5 p.m. on Monday, resulting in the closure of all lanes of traffic Dundas Street South between Branchton Road and Morrison Road. 

According to the OPP Highway Safety Division have clarified that collision occurred between a tractor trailer and a car. 

It's unclear when Dundas Street South will reopen to traffic.
