Two Cambridge men are facing criminal code charges after driving their All Terrain Vehicles (ATV) on private property without permission.

Police allege that on July 6, at approximately 9 p.m., officers with the Wellington County OPP received a report of two ATVs being operated on private property.

The ATV operators also caused damage to the property while driving on it. As a result of the investigation, police charged two 22-years-old men with mischief (destroys or damaged property) contrary to the Criminal Code and Enter Premises when Entry Prohibited contrary to the Trespass to Property Act.

Both accused are scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice-Guelph, at a later date.
