Police are asking for the public's help in locating a man who was involved in a disturbance late Wednesday near Avenue Road Public School.
Waterloo regional police report that on August 3, at approximately 11:30 p.m., police responded to reports of a disturbance in the area of Avenue Road and Gail Street in Cambridge.
A motor vehicle that was involved in the incident was observed seen fleeing the area as officers arrived. The red SUV failed to stop for police and was last seen travelling east on Avenue Road towards Elgin Street North.
The driver was described as a brown-skinned man in his early 20s with black shoulder length curly hair.
