On July 3, 2022, at approximately 7 p.m., Waterloo Regional Police received a report of graffiti in the area of East Street and Elliott Street in Cambridge.
Sometime between 4:30 p.m. and 6:30 p.m. that evening, hate-motivated writing was spray-painted on a sidewalk in the area.
The investigation is ongoing.
