Waterloo Regional Police are continuing to investigate a robbery after a collision in Cambridge.
On Nov. 29, around 7:30 p.m., police responded to the area of Fountain Street North and Cherry Blossom Road for a report of a robbery.
Two male victims reported they were driving home from work, heading west on Fountain Street North, when their vehicle, a Toyota Rav 4, was rear-ended by a pickup truck. The victims flagged down a passing vehicle and borrowed the driver’s phone to contact police.
No physical injuries were reported as a result of this incident.
The two suspects are described as South Asian males, approximately 6’ tall, wearing black toques and dark clothing.
The investigation is ongoing by WRPS’ Robbery Team.
