Police probe hate-motivated graffiti in Cambridge school washroom

Waterloo Regional Police say they received a report Tuesday of hate-motivated graffiti at a school in Cambridge.

Graffiti was drawn within one of the school washrooms and included hate-motivated writing, police said in a news release.

The investigation is ongoing by members of the Waterloo Regional Police Service’s Hate Crime Unit, Equity, Diversity and Inclusion Unit and the Community Engagement Unit.
