On June 22, 2021, at approximately 8 p.m., Waterloo Regional Police received a report of two males walking with guns along the Grand River, near Water Street South in Cambridge.
Police responded and located two males with pellet guns. Upon further investigation police located other weapons and drugs.
A 22-year-old Cambridge male and a 17-year-old Kitchener male have been charged with numerous drugs and weapon-related offences.
No injuries were sustained as a result of the incident.
