Waterloo regional police have charged a 23-year-old Barrie man with multiple Ontario Highway Traffic Act offences after stopping a vehicle in Cambridge over the weekend.
In a social media post to Twitter on Sunday, an officer from the traffic unit said that after stopping the illegally-modded vehicle, police discovered it didn't have seatbelts, had no muffler, had a tinted windshield and no turn signals.
Police did not detail the charges but said the man would be towing his car home.
