Waterloo Regional Police are continuing to investigate an assault that occurred at a motel in Cambridge.
On July 18, 2022, at approximately 12:30 a.m., police responded to a motel in the area of Hespeler Road and Pinebush Road.
Through investigation, police determined that two 21-year-old females were involved in a physical altercation in which they were both sprayed with a noxious substance.
Both females suffered minor physical injuries.
The suspect fled the area shortly after the incident.
The suspect has been described as a white female, 5'7" tall, with an average build, long black hair and was last seen wearing a black shirt and black pants.
The investigation is ongoing.
