Originally from Jamaica, founder Malcolm Henry moved to Canada in his 20's and attended George Brown College to follow is passion to become a chef. He has been fortunate enough to work in some of the biggest hotels in Detroit, Toronto and Jamaica, before becoming an Executive Chef for a hotel chain in Cambridge, Ontario.
