After a months long writers and actors strike paused film and television productions across North America, film crews will once again be roaming the streets of Cambridge tomorrow when a new production comes to town.

On Oct. 12, Cambridge residents can expect delays on Blenhiem Road, Blair Road, and Lansdowne Road as film crews will be set up in and around the stately home at 16 Blemhiem Rd.

The designated heritage property was once the home of lawyer Robert Osborne McCulloch, founder of the Galt Art Metal Company.

The project being filmed is unknown, but shows like Anne with an E and The Queen's Gambit have used the property for filming in the past

The City of Cambridge says that intermittent traffic control will tale place on Blair Road from Blenheim Road to Parkhill Road West throughout the day tomorrow.

"There will be minimal impact on the surrounding area, and the INVEST team is grateful for the tremendous support the film industry receives from our local businesses, community members, and visitors. Please continue to shop local and support our small businesses," said the city in a release.

Base camp parking for the project will be located at Galt Arena Gardens from Oct. 11 at 9 p.m. until the following day at 11 p.m.

Tech parking will also be located on Blenheim Road and Lansdowne Road on the day of filming from 6 a.m. until 11 p.m. and street parking will be affected in those areas.
