En-Pro International predicts gasoline prices will rise by 4 cents per litre on Thursday.
We saw a 4 cent/litre decrease Wednesday morning.
It means as of Thursday morning, gasoline will average for around $1.47/litre at most local stations.
Gas prices have not been this low since January.
