The Kinbridge Community Association is helping put on mental health workshops throughout the month of May.

The Kinbridge Community Association is doing its part to provide support for residents during Mental Health Awareness Month.

Three free workshops are being run as part of the neighbourhood association's program schedule in May.

The first session on May 10 from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. at Forward Church will focus on understanding mental health. Dinner will be put on by the Cambridge Neighbourhood Table.

Youth communication and respect will be the topic on May 15 at the Kinbridge Community Association located at 200 Christopher Drive. Light refreshments are available during the discussion from 5:30 p.m. to 7 p.m.

The final subject centres around techniques to properly set boundaries and takes place on May 24 from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. at 200 Christopher Drive. Light refreshments will again be served.

Alongside the workshops, a calm club for children aged four to 12 is being hosted. Children can learn about practical techniques to assist with emotional regulation.
