Nominations are now being accepted for the Cambridge Chamber of Commerce’s Community Awards 2023.
The program recognizes the achievements of the not-for-profits, charities, and services groups in Cambridge and Township of North Dumfries. The Chamber believes it is important to acknowledge, recognize and appreciate in a tangible way the efforts of those who volunteer with these organizations.
There are 10 award categories in which Chamber Members will be able to vote on covering a range of categories, including the prestigious Lifetime Achievement Award that will be presented to an individual who has contributed to the quality of life in the community for more than 15 years.
The categories include:
- Community Collaboration
- Community Leadership
- Community Impact People’s Choice Award
- Arts and Culture Award
- Best Event of the Year
- Board Member Award
- Volunteer of the Year:
- Organization of the Year - Under 10 Employees
- Organization of the Year- 11 and Over Employees
- Lifetime Achievement Award
