Central Park will be lit bright with lanterns tonight.
The community is welcome to head to the park after dusk to enjoy the display put on by the Preston Arts Collective.
Each lantern was made by a member of the community. Workshops to create them were held at the farmers' market, local schools and assisted living facilities.
The collaborative community art project is part of the Cambridge Culture Days celebration.
Millions of Canadians take part in the festival each year to celebrate their love of culture. Activities and events are happening around the city between Sept. 22 and Oct. 15.
