Families and caregivers looking for ways to support their child in and out of the classroom are in luck.

The Waterloo Region District School board has released its assistive technology training schedule for May.

This month's sessions focus on the use of reading and organization tools.

Part One: Reading with Google Read&Write

Learn about three Google Read&Write tools that help students read on websites.

When: Tuesday, May 14 from 12 p.m. to 12:30 p.m. on Google Meet

Part Two: Organization

Learn to utilize two digital tools that can help students with organizing their daily tasks.

When: Wednesday, May 22 from 11:30 a.m. to 12 p.m. Google Meet

Part Three: Reading with OrbitNote PDF Editor

Better understand how OrbitOne can help students read PDF files.

When: Thursday, May 30 from 12:30 p.m. to 1 p.m. on Google Meet
