Environment Canada has issued a special weather statement, warning of significant snowfall later this week.
The weather agency is forecasting between 10 and 15 cm.
The snow is expected to start late Wednesday and continue into Thursday. It's all because of a Texas low that's expected to move into the area.
If we do receive the amounts they are calling for, it's expected to reduce visibility and make travel difficult.
