Cambridge's Jet Greaves had an impressive regular season for the American Hockey League's Cleveland Monsters

Cambridge netminder Jet Greaves has etched his name into the Cleveland Monsters record books.

By picking up the win in the Monsters 3-2 overtime victory over the Rochester Americans on April 19, his 28th, Greaves became the organization's single-season leader in wins.

Greaves stopped 28 of the 30 shots he faced on the night.

Two days later, in a 3-1 win over the Toronto Marlies, he stopped 30 of 31 shots to pick up his 61st win as a Monster, setting the franchise's career record.

The former Cambridge minor hockey product closed the 2023-24 regular season with a 29-12-4-1 record to go along with a 2.93 goals against average and .910 save percentage. He ranked third in the AHL in wins for the Columbus Blue Jackets affiliate.

The Blue Jackets also called on Greaves this season.

He finished with a 3-6-0-0 record, a 3.49 goals against average and a .908 save percentage in nine games with the NHL team.

His last appearance in the NHL came on April 16 when he made 38 saves in the Blue Jackets victory over the Carolina Hurricanes in their season finale.

After finishing atop the AHL's North Division, the Monsters now await their playoff opponent in the North Division semifinals.
