After a two year hiatus, each of the 8 Neighbourhood Associations that make up the CNO are hosting their annual Neighbourhood Day Celebration this June.

Due to the pandemic, the CNO has been unable to hold their annual open house to bring the community together.

"It's really an opportunity for us to connect with our Cambridge residents and get them involved in our neighbourhood community centres, understand their needs and ensure that they're continuing to feel connected and welcomed in the city of Cambridge," said Samantha Esmeralda, executive director of the CNO.

Each community centre will have something different, some will have rock climbing walls, food trucks, pancake breakfasts and a small market for local vendors. They will all serve as a place for the community to come together and see what Cambridge has to offer.

"It's really just a fun and creative way to connect with our community after a very, very long two years. We are all really looking forward to it," said Esmeralda.
