APRIL 26, 1947 – JANUARY 15, 2024
Maggie passed away after a short courageous fight with cancer at Cambridge Memorial Hospital with family and close friends constantly by her side during the month-long duration, at the age of 76. She was predeceased by her parents Joseph and Connie Doyle of Arthur, Ontario and her first husband Bruce Wild.
Margaret (Maggie) was the beloved wife of Robert (Bob) Blair of Branchton, ON. and loving sister of Joan Doyle, her late husband John Hassard and Kathleen Doyle of Guelph, On. Stepmother to Jodi Langley and Todd Blair and Grandma to Vanessa and Olivia Blair. Maggie had so many close friends it would be unfair to try and name them all, but they all share in the grief over losing such a close and loving friend, particularly those who worked with her at Hamilton Hydro and lived in that area as she did for so many years as well as her new friends in Branchton and Cambridge area. Including the staff of the Rockton Bistro.
Cremation has taken place. There will be no funeral service or viewing but there will be a “Celebration of Life” for her family and friends at a future date.
