It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of David Aleš Ĉerný. He passed away suddenly at St. Michael’s Hospital on Monday November 20, 2023 at the age of 23.
David will be greatly missed and cherished by mother Bianca, his loving brother Daniel, his Nonna, Babi, as well as many aunts, uncles, cousins and extended relatives. David is predeceased and now joins his beloved father, Nonno and Deda.
The family would like to sincerely thank David’s social worker Taylor for her dedication as well as the countless doctors, nurses, volunteers and staff at the St. Michael’s Hospital in Toronto for their exceptional care.
Family and friends will be welcomed at T. Little Funeral Home, 223 Main St. Cambridge on Sunday November 26, 2023 from 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. The Funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday November 28, 2023 beginning at 10 a.m at St. Clement’s Roman Catholic Church, 745 Duke St. Cambridge. Burial at Parklawn Cemetery immediately following.
