JUNE 1, 1933 – JUNE 15, 2023
Manuel Avila Da Silva, age 90, of Cambridge, Ontario passed away at Cambridge Memorial Hospital on Thursday, June 15, 2023. Dearly loved husband of Maria and cherished father of Fernando (Debbie), Nelson (Ricel) and Mark. Cherished memories are left with his grandchildren Derick and Dylan. Manuel is survived by his sister Maria DaRosa (the late Alfredo) and is predeceased by his brother Joe. Many memories are held by his nieces and nephews; Manuel DaRosa, Carlos Avila, Isidro Avila and Humberta.
Family and friends will be received at the Barthel Funeral Home, 566 Queenston Road on Friday June 23rd from 6:00 to 8:00 pm. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Clement's Parish 745 Duke Street on Saturday June 24th at 10:00 am. Interment will follow at Parklawn Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy donations to Canadian Food For Children are greatly appreciated.
