Beloved wife of the late William (Bill) Garraway (2009) and loving mother of Bradley and his wife Wendy of Kitchener and Scott and his husband David Boyes of Cambridge. Loving grandmother of Matthew (Erika) and Jeffrey (Kristin) and great grandmother of Avery and Ryder.

Mom was born in Ayr ON. on April 9th 1933 where she lived until her marriage to Dad in 1953. Mom moved to Preston upon her marriage and lived there until her passing. Mom worked at various locations during her working career including The Right House department store, Kmart and Canadian Office and School Furniture (COSF) from which she retired.

Mom moved to Fairview Mennonite Home in 2009 where she received the most marvellous and compassionate care especially during the last month. The family will be forever grateful for the friendship, kindness, companionship and hard work of the entire Fairview staff and organization. We also want to especially thank Marian McKersie, who Mom met while working at COSF, for her help, support and companionship over the years.

A Celebration of Life will be held on December 9th from 2:00 - 4:00 pm in the auditorium at Fairview Mennonite Home, located at 515 Langs Drive, Cambridge ON. In keeping with Mom’s wishes a private family service will be held at a later date.

In lieu of flowers, donations to Fairview Mennonite Home would be appreciated.
