It is with a heavy heart that we announce that Andrzej Rutkowski sadly died early the morning of March 6, 2024. He fought a tough two year battle with cancer and finally took his last breath surrounded by his family. Words can't describe how much we will miss him.
Beloved husband to Janina of 43 wonderful years together, loving father to Monika (Eric), doting Dziadek to Natalia and Julianna and dear brother to Hania. He is predeceased by his mother, Jadwiga and two sisters. Andrzej will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by his extended family and friends here in Canada and back home in Poland.
A visitation for Andrzej will be held Friday, March 8, 2024 from 2-4 and 6-9 p.m. at Coutts Funeral Home, 96 St Andrews Street, Cambridge, Ontario. A Funeral Mass will take place on Saturday, March 9, 2024 at 11:00 a.m. at St. Mary's Catholic Church, 16 Cooper Street, Cambridge, Ontario. Celebration of life to follow after mass at 1:00 p.m. at the Polish Club, located at 265 Avenue Road, Cambridge.
