APRIL 29, 1959 – JUNE 14, 2023
It is with heavy hearts that we announce that Dave passed away peacefully, with his wife and children by his side, at Cambridge Memorial Hospital, on Wednesday, June 14, 2023, at the age of 64.
Beloved husband of Denise for 44 years. Loving father of Aaron and Rosanne. He will also be lovingly remembered by siblings Ted Cram and Sheri Thomson (Jim), the extended Woodworth family, and many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends; especially his trailer campsite friends.
Dave is reunited with his parents Bob and Inez Cram and his brother Spark (Alfred Schmalz).
He worked in the concrete pipe manufacturing industry for more than 40 years. Dave enjoyed watching the Toronto Blue Jays, cruising the lake and fishing off his pontoon boat, and he loved his cats; but his favourite pastime was spending time at the trailer with his family and friends. He was a very loving and supportive husband, father, and brother. Dave was passionate about his neighbourhood and hometown.
A very special thank you to the Emergency and ICU staff at Cambridge Memorial Hospital for their compassionate care and support for the family.
In accordance with his wishes, cremation has taken place.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Wednesday, June 21 at the Galt Legion from 3-7pm. At a later date, a private family committal will take place at Parklawn Cemetery.
As expressions of sympathy, donations to Cambridge Memorial Hospital would be appreciated by his family.
