MARCH 11, 1947 – AUGUST 17, 2023
With heavy hearts we are announcing the passing of our loving mother Mary Jane Trudel (nee Ford) on August 17th 2023 at the age of 76.
Mary is survived by and was the loving mother to Doug (Jodi), Suzanne (Larry) and Michelle. Loving grandmother to, Anthony, Jessica (Dylan), Jason (Reese), Justin (Rita), Amelia, Andrew and Sébastien. As well as great grandmother to 4 great grandchildren. Our mother was predeceased by our father Alfred who she was married to for 53 years. As well as her father Charles, mother Margaret, her brothers Jack (Joan) and Jim. Her sisters Elizabeth (Nick) and Isabelle (Frank).
Our mother loved spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchild. Our mom was loving and was always there to help us when we needed it. When we marched drum Corp and colour guard growing up mom would always volunteer to help how she could from helping with food to working our home shows. We knew we could always count on her for anything. Our mother will now be in a better place where she will not only be reunited with our dad but also the rest of her family. They are all finally back together.
We would like to thank the staff at Cambridge Memorial Hospital for the kindness they showed our mom at the end. As well as the staff at Riverbend who were very kind to her during her time living there in their long term care wing. She really enjoyed the warm and caring staff.
Our mother's visitation will be taking place at Coutts Funeral Home & Cremation Center, 96 St Andrew's St, Cambridge, Tuesday August 22nd from 4-6:30 with a prayer service at 6:30. Cremation to follow.
