Waterloo Regional Police Service’ Break, Enter and Vehicle Theft Team have laid charges in connection to a spree of commercial break and enters.
On Oct. 23, 2022, police responded to multiple alarms at businesses in the area of King Street East and Fairway Road in Kitchener and Hespeler Road in Cambridge.
As part of the ongoing investigation, on Nov. 8, 2022, officers completed a search warrant in London, Ont. and located evidence of the offences.
A 43-year-old male from London has been charged with
- Break and enter - commit (theft) and possession of stolen property over $5,000 (15 counts)
The accused was held in police custody for a bail hearing.
