Police investigating break-in at Cambridge residence

Residents in the area are asked to check their security camera footage for any suspicious activity over the weekend

Police are investigating a break-and-enter at a residence in Cambridge.

Sometime between May 20 and May 22 a suspect or suspects gained entry to a residence in the area of Brant Road North and Blenheim Road and stole personal property, according to a police news release.

Residents in the area are asked to check their security camera footage for any suspicious activity over the weekend.

Anyone with information is encouraged to call police at 519-570-9777 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477. Anonymous tips can also be submitted online

Waterloo Regional Police are encouraging members of the public to keep all residential doors and windows locked, even when home, and to report any suspicious activity or individuals to police immediately.
