Police want to identify the man in these security camera images to ensure his wellbeing.

With very little detail provided, Waterloo regional police say they are "looking to locate" a man and are asking for the public's help to identify him in order to ensure his well-being.

In a post around 5 p.m. Thursday on X, the social media platform previously known as Twitter, police said they are investigating a "disturbance involving multiple people" that happened around 3 p.m. Aug. 23, "in Cambridge."

No further detail was provided about the location of the disturbance, or if the man in the photos police released was involved.

The security camera photos appear to have been taken on Dundas Street North and Chalmers Street.
