Waterloo regional police! olice are investigating what they have described as a hate-motivated incident in Cambridge.
At around 1 p.m. Monday, a male attended a business on Main Street and was observed removing a Pride flag sticker from a window, police said in a news release.
"The male then stole the Pride flag sticker and fled the area on foot," police said.
"No physical injuries were received as a result of this incident."
Police said the investigation is ongoing.
