Waterloo Regional Police’s Intimate Partner Violence Unit is seeking public assistance.
On Feb. 27, police responded to a report of an assault that took place at a movie theatre located in Cambridge. The incident took place at approximately 4 p.m. During the incident, an unknown witness intervened and helped the victim.
It is believed the victim and suspect are known to each other.
Investigators are looking to identify and speak to this witness regarding this incident.
