Police search for suspects who robbed Fairview Mall jewelry store

The three suspects were armed with a firearm and axes

Waterloo Regional Police Service is seeking dashcam footage to help them identify three suspects in an armed robbery with a firearm at Kitchener's Cadillac Fairview Mall on Saturday.

Police responded to a jewelry store located inside the mall around 5:40 p.m. Nov. 25.

Three men, one armed with a firearm and two armed with axes, entered the store and broke several display cases, stealing an unknown quantity of jewelry. The suspects fled the area in a dark-coloured, newer model four-door Honda Civic.

All three suspects were described as being in their late teens or early 20s with thin to average builds.

The investigation is ongoing.
