Police searching for suspects after delivery driver robbed

Waterloo Regional Police are investigating a report of a robbery that occurred in the area of Stewart Avenue and McDonald Avenue in Cambridge.

On Feb. 24, 2023, at approximately 1 a.m., a delivery driver attended the area and was approached by two unknown males. 

One of the suspects brandished a baton and demanded the food order. 

The delivery driver handed over the order to the suspects, and they fled on foot. 

There were no physical injuries reported as a result of the incident. 

The first suspect was described as a white male in his early 20s, approximately 5'8" - 5'9" tall, with a thin build. The male was last seen wearing a hoodie and a mask. 

The second suspect was described as a white male in his early 20s, approximately 6'0" tall, with a thin build. The male was last seen wearing a dark coat, hoodie, and a mask. 

The investigation is ongoing.
