The federal Repeat Offender Parole Enforcement (R.O.P.E.) squad is requesting the public's assistance in locating a federal offender wanted on a Canada Wide Warrant as a result of his breach of Statutory Release.
Hamza Ali is described as a Black male, 24 years of age, 6'3" (191cm), 211 lbs (96 kgs) with black hair and brown eyes.
He is currently serving a three (3) years and five (5) month sentence for offences including: assault causing bodily harm (x2), assault, dangerous operation of a motor vehicle, flight from peace officer, possession of a prohibited/restricted firearm with ammunition, possession of a weapon contrary to a prohibition order and possession of property obtained by crime under $5,000.
The offender is known to frequent areas in Greater Toronto, Kitchener/Waterloo and Quinte West.
