The Cambridge Centre for the Arts is seeking donations from local artists and residents for the Art Attic silent auction.
Through the auction, members of the community have the opportunity to bid on pieces of artwork in support of the Cambridge Arts Guild.
The CAG acts as an advisory board, advocacy group and fundraising body for the Cambridge Centre for the Arts with the goal of expanding and diversifying the quality of its events and programs.
Initiatives such as the Cookies and Kids Theatre, Cambridge Studio Tour, Juried Art Show, Artist in Residence and Unsilent Night are all supported by the CAG.
Donations being accepted from the public can be prints, originals, home décor and all priced to sell. To donate, drop off the art at 60 Dickson St. during regular business hours.
The arts guild is also looking for volunteers and anyone interested can contact Wanda Schaefer at 519-623-1340 ext. 4491.
The Art Attic event will be held at the Cambridge Centre for the Arts from June 13 to 15.
