Construction will close roads to through traffic and reduce lanes in three parts of the city over the next two weeks.
Main Street will be closed to through traffic between Franklin Boulevard and Shellard Side Road for site servicing from Tuesday to Friday. The road will be open to businesses and residences along the stretch and pedestrian traffic will be maintained around the work zone.
Next week, the region will reduce lanes on Eagle Street North from Industrial Road to Pinebush Road for two days to complete a water main repair. Two-way traffic will be maintained but there could be delays. That work starts July 28.
Also starting July 28, drivers will have to get through a lane reduction on Franklin Boulevard from Liberty Drive to Clyde Road while utility work is underway. Two-way traffic will be maintained during the three-day project.
