As we approach yet another summer, void of festivals and large gatherings, food truck owners around Waterloo Region are banding together to try to make the best of it.
Food trucks in the region have started a Facebook page, KW Food Trucks, to help share where the food trucks will be parked and when they will be open.
While there will be food trucks open throughout the region, only one truck is allowed at a time in each parking lot, and truck owners say they aren’t encouraging customers to eat on-site.
Below is a list of the food truck vendors who are participating in the Facebook page. Every morning around 8 a.m., a list of locations for open food trucks is posted to the group.
