With family by his side, Bennett Wayne Bradfield passed away peacefully on Wednesday, August 31, 2022 at the age of 88.
Wayne will be remembered as a family man with a quiet sense of humour; he loved to spend time with his children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. He was also a man of faith; he provided years of service on Christian Outreach, worked the Prayer Lines at 100 Huntley Street, and took on a leadership role in the church as a Board Member.
Wayne will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered by his wife Sherron Bradfield, children Annette Bradfield (James Keith), Ben Bradfield (Tina), and Mark Bradfield (Gwen), grandchildren Katelyn, Nichola, Shannon, Meaghan, Amanda, Briana, and Drayton, and his great-grandchildren Dominik, Taylor, Harper, Luna, Samantha, Nicholas, Kelan, and Daesyn. Wayne was predeceased by sisters Marion Giles and Ina McArthur, and granddaughter Mandi Bradfield.
A private family service will be held at T. Little Funeral Home, but friends and relatives are invited to join the livestream (found on the funeral home’s website) from the comfort of their own homes on Wednesday, September 7th at 2:00 pm. Cremation will follow, and Wayne will be interred at Mount View Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Cornerstone Church in Cambridge or Lisaard House Hospice would be appreciated.
