Police in search of suspect vehicle after responding to call about weapons in Cambridge

Vehicle involved in the incident has been identified as a white, four-door BMW with tinted windows

Waterloo Regional Police are investigating a weapons incident in Cambridge.

On April 8, 2022, at approximately 7 a.m., officers responded to a parking lot of a business in the area of Saltsman Drive and Maple Grove Road for a report of an incident involving weapons.

A vehicle involved in the incident has been identified as a white, four-door BMW with tinted windows. The BMW had Ontario licence plates: CFWP391.

The investigation is actively ongoing by members of Waterloo Regional Police Service’s General Investigations Unit.

Anyone with information or who may have video surveillance footage is asked to contact police at 519-570-9777 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477.
