Waterloo Regional Police are investigating after it appeared a man was following two youths in a Hespeler neighbourhood.
It happened as the two females were walking in the area of Scott Road and Guelph Avenue just before 5 p.m. Saturday.
“Another pedestrian intervened, and the unknown male left the area and was last seen walking south on Memory Lane,” police said in a news release.
No one was physically injured.
The man is described as Asian, in his 40s and around 5’8” with a slim build.
He had been wearing a dark grey hooded jacket, light khaki pants and white running shoes.
